  • Install Handheld Head & Filter: Tape second diverter outlet and filter inlet. Attach filter to diverter, then hose (with washers) from filter to handheld head.

01 INLINE 15-STAGE PRE-FILTER
Water first passes through the inline Shower Filter for Hard Water, where 15 stages reduce chlorine, scale, sediment and rust before it reaches the shower heads.

02 3-WAY DIVERTER, TWO HEADS
The diverter splits the filtered water between the handheld Duo head and the fixed overhead wall shower head, so you can run either one or both at once.

03 TRIPLE-STONE FILTRATION & STOP BUTTON
The handheld Duo head's own three Germanium stones, Anion, Ceramic Energy and Tourmaline, give a second stage of softening, with a STOP button and Massage, Rainfall and Mixed modes.

The Duo Dual System pairs a handheld and a wall-mounted head with an inline 15-stage filter. The handheld uses a 3-type Germanium mineral bead system (Anion, Ceramic Energy, and Tourmaline) to soften water and neutralise chlorine for a cleaner, gentler shower.

Detach the head and soak it in a mixture of white vinegar and water to dissolve mineral deposits, then scrub gently and rinse thoroughly before reattaching.

Replace the mineral beads every 3 months for best performance (every 3 to 6 months depending on water hardness and usage) to maintain optimal filtration.

The Duo Dual System combines two premium ABS heads, a built-in STOP button, and a 3-type Germanium mineral bead filtration path with an inline 15-stage filter, delivering stronger, cleaner water and a luxury finish that cheap plastic heads can't match.

Remove your old head, fit the 3-way diverter and shower arm, then attach the wall head and the handheld head with its inline filter. Hand-tighten with plumber's tape on the threads for a secure, tool-free install.
